Mission Statement
Mission Statement
Eye on Equity Consulting was founded on the belief that in order for schools and organizations to achieve their true diversity, equity, and inclusion goals they must begin to view their organizational policies through a more equitable lens. One of the most meaningful ways to accomplish this is by inviting people who may be considered members of marginalized groups (Racial/Cultural Minorities, Hearing, Visually, & Physically Challenged, LGBTQIA, Senior Citizens, etc.) to be in leadership roles and to be a part of the decision-making team. Our mission is to educate schools, organizations, and individuals about microaggressions, racial microaggressions, unconscious bias, racial trauma, & cultural competence for educators.
